|BELGRADE -- Czech President Vaclav Klaus is visiting Serbia, where he will receive a charter announcing his acceptance ino the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SANU).|
Klaus will hold a speech at the ceremony, and also present his book "Europe and the EU - A View of a Politician and Economist" during his stay in Belgrade.
This is Klaus's third book published in Serbia, in which he critically discusses the aspects of EU integration, showing that one can be both a supporter of the EU and a critic of its centralization and bureaucratization at the same time.

He has criticized NATO attacks against Serbia in 1999, and voiced disapproval of the Kosovo Albanian unilateral declaration of independence made three years ago.
